Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not the perfect fit, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to start your request.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the items you wish to return and specify if you would prefer a store credit or a direct size exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your credit is processed.
